flooring are subject to additional
charges.
Premium Delivery
Charges: We will pick up your materials
for a nominal charge (see above pricing)
within the Greater Boise
Area. All other pick-ups or deliveries outside Treasure
Valley incur a $1.10
per mile charge. Extra labor will apply for a residential delivery to the second
floor or above, and/or limited access to the structure. If an individual piece
of material (cut) is 40 sq. yards or more,
and is installed on an upper level, 11¢ per sq. foot will apply per
floor. Limited access because of, but not restricted to lack of pavement, stairs,
blocked entrances, and customer preferences, are also an additional 11¢ per sq.
foot. Same charges apply for limited or difficult access of manpower, tools
and/or supplies.
Defective Materials Policy: It is the official policy of
Advanced Carpet Installations Inc., not to install any
products with visible defects of any kind. On certain limited occasions,
in order to meet the end users' essential needs, temporary installations
are possible. All temporary installations are done with the
understanding that a full and complete replacement or correction to the
customer's satisfaction is eminent. Any and all additional time and
labor incurred, as a result of defective materials will be billed as
additional labor as per our most recent price list.

PURCHASE OF 8 LB. UNDERLAY, OTHERWISE A 2 YEAR INSTALLATION
WARRANTY IS IN EFFECT
Cancellation Policy:
We will gladly reserve dates and times for you. At the specified time, we will
arrive ready and equipped with ample time in our schedule to perform the
services requested. We are keenly aware of the disastrous affects failing to
honor our commitments would create and accept advance scheduling with great
reverence.
Likewise, our employees have obligations and commitments, which they too
must honor. Hence, it must be understood that by reserving time for you
we are forced to pass up other job opportunities. Working in an industry
where projects are scheduled weeks and often months in advance,
rescheduling on short notice is difficult and very often impossible.
Which is why, on the date and time specified, we will arrive ready and
prepared to work. You will be billed accordingly for the times scheduled
and reserved as per your request, unless you cancel the job in writing
at least 3
business days in advance.
Providing materials to Advanced Carpet Installations Inc.
or contracting with, constitutes acceptance of these terms and
conditions. Any alterations or adjustments to this policy, must be agreed to in
writing, prior to receipt of materials.
